1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass W31 – Stephen J. Minore
This beautiful restoration was unveiled at the 2018 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN) that took place on November 17 & 18 in Chicago, IL. This car has over 1,200 hours of build time in it, bringing it back to factory condition, and countless hours of searching for unicorn-rare parts. As a result, Garner Customs & Restorations won the coveted MCACN Concours Gold Award for this project!
